Heed Audio Questar MM - Moving-Magnet Phono Preamplifier

Questar MM is a dedicated phono preamplifier for moving-magnet cartridges. Its fixed operating parameters make it a straightforward way to connect an MM-equipped turntable to an amplifier with a line-level input.

Heed specifies 42 dB gain and a 47 kOhm input load, with 3 mV sensitivity. The MM circuit is purpose-designed for this cartridge type rather than relying on a shared MM/MC input setting.

The supply is housed separately from the phono stage. This tariff configuration includes the X-PSU40 power supply; the optional Q-PSU upgrade is offered separately. Use the correct dedicated Heed supply connection.
