The Dual CS 518 distinguishes itself through a twin-gimbal tonearm supported by four precision pivot ball bearings. This manual design combines an adjustable counterweight, spring-loaded antiskating and a removable headshell for cartridge setup and future changes.
An Ortofon 2M Red and switchable MM phono preamplifier are included. Select 33, 45 or 78 rpm electronically at the rotary control. The MDF plinth and elastomer feet accompany an aluminium platter and rubber mat, while the Walnut version offers a real-wood veneer alternative to Black.
