Dual CS 429 - Fully Automatic Belt-Drive Turntable

The Dual CS 429 combines automatic start and return with a tonearm whose tracking force and antiskating can be adjusted. This adds cartridge-matching flexibility to the convenience of starting playback at the touch of a button. An Ortofon 2M Red is fitted.

Optical control monitors motor speed, while rubber dampers in the subchassis and elastomer feet isolate the mechanism from external vibration. The aluminium platter carries a heavy rubber mat. Phono and line connectivity give a choice of connection to the amplifier.
