Cambridge Audio L/R S is a matched pair of compact active stereo speakers for desks, shelves and smaller rooms.
Cambridge Audio L/R S is a matched pair of compact active stereo speakers for desks, shelves and smaller rooms. Each speaker combines a 21 mm aluminium tweeter with a 3-inch woofer, supported by 100 watts of total system amplification. No separate stereo amplifier is required.
Bluetooth aptX HD provides wireless playback from compatible sources. RCA line input, optical TOSLINK and USB-C audio accommodate other equipment, while a subwoofer output allows a suitably configured bass extension. Unlike the larger L/R M and L/R X, L/R S does not have built-in network streaming or HDMI.
DynamEQ, selectable sound modes and room-positioning adjustment help adapt listening to the installation. Six finishes are offered, with the Walnut version priced separately. The supplied speaker-link cable and remote support a complete compact stereo setup; the price is for the pair.
