Cambridge Audio EXN100 combines StreamMagic Gen 4 streaming with an ESS ES9028Q2M DAC.
Cambridge Audio EXN100 combines StreamMagic Gen 4 streaming with an ESS ES9028Q2M DAC. It supports high-resolution PCM and DSD music, with balanced XLR and unbalanced RCA outputs for connection to a stereo amplifier or active loudspeakers. A colour display presents album artwork and playback information.
HDMI eARC allows a compatible television to share the hi-fi system. USB audio, local USB media, optical and coaxial inputs provide connections for computers and other digital sources. Wi-Fi and Ethernet give a choice of network connections, with Bluetooth available for direct wireless playback.
Preamp mode provides variable analogue output for a suitably configured system. StreamMagic control brings together network music, internet radio and compatible streaming services, while AirPlay 2, Google Cast and Roon Ready support extend playback across different listening setups.
