Cambridge Audio EXA100 is a stereo integrated amplifier delivering 100 watts per channel into 8 ohms. Its Class AB output stage and substantial toroidal transformer are designed to control demanding loudspeakers while retaining detail and dynamic contrast. Balanced XLR and RCA inputs accommodate a broad range of analogue sources.
An ESS ES9018K2M DAC adds optical, coaxial and asynchronous USB connectivity. HDMI eARC brings television audio into the same hi-fi system, while Bluetooth aptX HD supports wireless listening from compatible devices. A headphone socket and dedicated subwoofer output extend the system beyond a conventional two-speaker setup.
Power-amplifier mode makes the EXA100 suitable for a system with a separate preamplifier. Its aluminium casework and matching EX-series styling also make it a natural partner for the EXN100 network streamer.
