Cambridge Audio CXN100 SE adds HDMI eARC to a network streamer based on StreamMagic Gen 4 and an ESS ES9028Q2M DAC. It connects streaming music and compatible television audio to an existing hi-fi system, with balanced XLR and unbalanced RCA analogue outputs.
Asynchronous USB audio, USB media playback, optical and coaxial inputs accommodate computers and other digital sources. Wi-Fi and Ethernet provide network access, while Bluetooth offers direct wireless listening. The colour display presents artwork and track information without requiring a phone to remain in view.
Preamp mode allows variable output in a suitable system. AirPlay 2, Google Cast, Roon Ready and supported streaming services provide several routes to music. Lunar Grey and Black finishes are available at the same price in the supplied tariff.
