Cambridge Audio MXW70 is a compact stereo power amplifier using Hypex NCORE Class D technology. It delivers 70 watts per channel into 8 ohms and is designed to partner a source or preamplifier with its own volume control. Its half-width enclosure matches the MXN10 streamer.
Balanced XLR and unbalanced RCA inputs accommodate different system arrangements. Bridged mono operation provides an alternative configuration where more power is required, subject to the loudspeaker impedance requirements in the manufacturer’s documentation.
A 12 V trigger input and pass-through support coordinated switching with compatible equipment. This is a power amplifier rather than an integrated amplifier: source selection and listening level must be handled by the connected source or preamplifier.
